Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love growing with Home Ponics. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our return window lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
– Your item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
– It must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
– Perishable items (e.g., plants, grow kits with live material)
– Gift cards
– Downloadable digital content
– Health or personal care items
– Used grow lights, pumps, or nutrient packs

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged (not due to our error)
• Items returned after 15 days
• Opened products 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email/whatsapp. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:
1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank for any internal delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, email us at support@thehomeponics.com with your order details.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.

Leasing Returns

As a part of our business we provide leasing services on several of our products. The leasing policies are clearly listed on the respective items. Upon lease cancellation or termination, the equipment supplied will be inspected by our professionals. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you via email/whatsapp on any defects noticed along with the respective charges for the same. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
