Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship to all major pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

– Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
– Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available in your area)
– Shipping Charges:
  • Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1500
  •Standard shipping rates as described at checkout applicable for orders below ₹1499
  • Express shipping rates will be calculated at checkout (if applicable)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, transport delays, or remote locations.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. As soon as it’s shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow its journey.

Packaging

All Home Ponics products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in optimal condition, especially for delicate items like grow kits or equipment.

Remote Area Delivery

Delivery to remote, rural, or restricted locations may take longer than usual or may require an alternate pickup arrangement.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:
– Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
– Unavailability of the recipient
– Public holidays or unforeseen courier delays

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient:
– Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
– After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us

To reship a returned item, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Leasing shipments

We are currently operating only in the Bangalore Metropolitan area in Karnataka India. We will update this section as and when we expand for leasing. Check your zip code under the leasing section to see check for the leasing option. 

Leasing delivery and pick up will be done by our representative within 2 weeks of the order and modules will be picked up within 2 weeks of termination. Our representatives will contact you on phone to coordinate the delivery and pick up.
